Returns
Contact us via email for authorization prior to shipping a return.
All returns MUST be un-used and in their original packaging and box and in the same good condition they were when shipped.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the shipping will be at your expense, unless there is a Kommon Scents error. In addition, you will be charged a Restocking Fee of 20% of the total return, unless there is a re-order.

In stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days.
Custom and out of stock merchandise will be processed ASAP, but no more than 3 weeks from order.
Express processing for custom orders must be determined prior to placing the order. I'm looking for a particular scent? TOP
We will do our very best to find a custom scent for you. A minimum of 3 weeks for processing, and a minimum order of 6 candles will be required. Please email us will any and all information, and we will responnd within 2 business days.
